स्टॉक विनियोग बनाम अचल विनियोग (Inventory investment v/s Fixed investment)
(1) स्टॉकविनियोग अथवा स्टॉक निवेश
किसी एक समय पर उत्पाद को के पास जो स्टॉक होता है उसमें तैयार वस्तुएं बिना विक्की वस्तुएं अर्ध तैयार वस्तुएं उत्पादन की प्रक्रिया प्रक्रिया मेंवस्तुएं तथा कच्चा माल सम्मिलित होते हैं । इस स्टॉक कहा जाता है । समय के साथ साथ इस स्टॉक में परिवर्तन होता रहता है ।
वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान स्टॉक में होने वाले परिवर्तन को उत्पादक का स्टॉक वियोग कहते हैं ।
उदाहरण के लिए मान लीजिए कि हम वित्तीय वर्ष 1 अप्रैल 2021 से 31 मार्च 2022 की बात कर रहे हैं। कच्चे अथवा अर्ध निर्मित और तैयार माल का 1 अप्रैल 2021 का स्टॉक ही प्रारंभिक स्टॉक होगा । इन वास्तु इन वस्तुओं का 31 मार्च 2022 को विद्यमान स्टॉक अंतिम स्टॉक कहलाएगा । हम अंतिम स्तर को प्रारंभिक स्टॉक से अधिकता को स्टॉक वियोग कहेंगे । अब संभव है कि किसी वर्ष में उत्पादन उपभोग से कम रहजाए ।
इस वर्ष का अंतिम स्टॉक प्रारंभिक स्टॉक से कम होगा । इसका आंसर ऋणात्मक वियोग या ऋणात्मक निवेश कहलाता है ।
(2) आंचल वियोग या अचल निवेश या स्थिर निवेश
अचल वियोग या आंचल निवेश से अभिप्राय एक लेखा वर्ष की अवधि में उत्पादन की स्थिर परिस्थितियों के स्टॉक में वृद्धि का होना है। उत्पाद को द्वारा स्थिर परिस्थितियों अथवा पूंजीगत वस्तुओं जैसे प्लांट तथा मशीनरी की खरीद पर किया गया वे अथवा खर्च अचल निवेश अथवा स्थिर निवेश अथवा अथवा फिक्स्ड इन्वेस्टमेंट कहलाता है ।
उदाहरण के लिए यदि वर्ष 2020 के आरंभ में एक उत्पादक के स्टॉक में 10 मशीन होती हैं तथा वर्ष 2020 के अंत में उसके पास बड़ा मशीन हो जाती हैं तो वर्ष 2020 के दौरान स्टॉक उसकी स्थिर परिस्थितियों के स्टॉक में दो मशीनों की वृद्धि हो जाता है अर्थात वर्ष 2020 के दौरान उत्पादक का स्थिर निवेश दो मशीन होगा ।
स्थिर निवेश को स्थिर पूंजी निर्माण भी कहा जाता है । इसका नाइट्रेट स्थिर परिस्थितियों अथवा पूंजीगत वस्तुओं के रूप में पूंजी के स्टैग में वृद्धि है जिसका कई वर्षों तक उत्पादन की प्रक्रिया में बार बार प्रयोग किया जाता है ।
