Cropped Bolero Jacket DIY Shrug in 20 Mins: Cut and Sew a Batwing Sleeve Crop Cardigan Coverup Shrug

This pattern drafting and sewing tutorial shows how to make a dolman sleeve bolero cropped jacket (cardigan). The shrug can be sewn in 20 minutes or less, once all the pieces have been cut out. The beauty of drafting a pattern is that you can easily recreate the garment without needing to start from scratch every-time.
