India Today Exit Polls| Assam Elections: BJP Set To Come Back To Power In Assam With 75-85 Seats

Assam Assembly Elections| The India Today-Axis My India exit poll for Assam predicts 75-85 assembly seats in Assam, followed by the Congress-led alliance with 40-50 seats and 1-4 for other parties, which include Asom Gana Parishad among others.
The exit poll predicts 48 per cent vote share for the BJP, 40 per cent for Congress and 12 per cent for others.
Sample size of India Today-Axis My India exit poll for Assam is 27,189.
The exit poll found 69 per cent of those polled said the BJP did good work. Similarly, 45 per cent said their vote was based on development while 6 per cent said they voted on the basis of their political affiliation.
