AsRocks best Z590: The Extreme motherboard review

Today we are taking our first look at one of the new Z590 motherboards, with AsRocks Z590 Extreme. The Z590 chipset is going to have support for the 10th generation comet lake processors, and the new 11th generation rocket lake chips from Intel.

With Z590 comes the launch of the PCIE 4.0 for intel. You can expect support of that for all of your drives, graphics cards and more. This felt like it had taken forever to come, after AMD launched PCIE 4.0 with the X570 launch some time ago.

In this video we talk about the entire feature set, and the motherboards performance. We take a very in depth look at the performance of the VRM, and chipset thermals in several different applications. We tested in 3D benchmark, Cinebench, Blender and several different games.
