Best Way to Record your Nintendo Switch gameplay on your Mac

So you want to Record your Nintendo Switch gameplay? The steps are super easy, but you will need a few things to get started.
1) A Nintendo Switch....duh
2) A Mac computer that is relatively new
3) An Elgato Capture Card

As part of this demo we'll be using the built in Quicktime application, but if you want more options grab the Elgato software here. https://www.elgato.com/en/downloads
Oh, and some Elgato models may not come with the audio input jack.
