Hey everyone so I've decided that enough is enough and the stigma of invisible illnesses needs to end.

I can't end the stigma on my own BUT I can talk about my health journey, answer questions and be transparent with the treatments and realities of living with an invisible illness. That way the we can begin to normalise the terms and words used brining an end to the stigma.

I am not expecting myself to end it on my own, but I hope these videos provide comfort for those who are in a similar position , knowing they are not alone whilst also educating those that have no idea so TOGETHER we can stop the stigma within society, the media AND the workplace.
