Greetings fellow travellers! In this video, a continuation of our second full day in Paris, we visited Place de la Concorde on our way to our sunset reservation at the Eiffel Tower. Paris is such an incredible city to walk through, although difficult if you’re in any kind of hurry, because there is just so much to see and you’ll want to stop at every turn.

Following a morning of eating and drinking our way across the Bastille neighborhood (check out Part 1 below👇🏻), we spent a bit of time in Place de la Concorde, which is situated at the end of the Champs-Elysées. Originally known for having been an execution site during the French Revolution - Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette (among others) were guillotined here - it’s another must-visit site.

For our visit to the top of the Eiffel Tower, we pre booked our tickets (link below) and looked up the sunset time in advance so we’d be up top in time to enjoy the stunning sunset over the city.
