Powder snow and fjord views! Skiwithme backcountry freeride skiing in Norway - Dalegubben, Sunnmøre

An great videomemory from amazing trip.
Dalegubben 1344m top mountain in Norwegian Sunnmøre alps. Starting nearly from the level of fjord (which is 0m in the Sæbø village. With 1342meters elevation to go in one day it is not the easiest of trips, specially because ending is quite steep. and at least first 600meters without snow you gotta do some bootpacking. Therefore it is highly recomended to take ICE AXE and CRAMPONS for the last section of the climb. As you can see on the video I was struggling to get up there with skins on skis. I would reccomend only to pack really necessary things to be as light as possible.
Although the hike is quite long and exhausting the view on the top is just beyond.
Everything you have heard about Norway becomes true right there. Unfortunately i did not reach the top, missed maybe 5 meters there... We were afraid of snow conditions to go downhill and decided to descend earlier as the last 5 minutes would take me probably 30 minutes (including finding another way to descent with skis plus spot for putting them on). This was bad decision because as you could see on the video top section of the mountain had wonderfull snow and we had an absolute blast!

I hated the bootpacking in the begining but i understood why i did it in the end and changed my mind about it. It is heavy and exhausting, but there is also a beauty in it.
