My awesome husband got me a new ice cream maker so I've been on this ice cream kick. I think I've made about 25 kinds at this point including Popsicles. This one is one of my favorites so far. I could actually eat just the roasted marshmallow ice cream by itself, but making it into the S'mores terrine really takes it up a notch. Enjoy!

Also, I made an easier version of this recipe which is more of a s'mores swirl ice cream. I will be posting this recipe on YouTube at Pattycake Kitchen by Sept. 5. Pattycake Kitchen is my little girls' YouTube channel. They are 5 and 7 years old and love to cook. Their videos are super silly so if you have children, they may really enjoy watching their cooking videos. Also, the food they make is great for you to cook with you kids and help them to learn to love cooking.
