I visited one of the most important Acid Grassland Wildlife Areas in the UK, to discover some of the rare and wonderful species that live there. Sadly Middlewick Ranges has a threat looming over it, in the form of a potential housing development. Local people have been getting together to campaign to protect the site, which has so far been a success.
