In this video I demonstrate how to isolate iron, lead, zinc, and silver from rock dust collected from the floor of a core shack in a mine up North.

As a side note, I was informed that iron III chloride hexahydrate can not be dehydrated directly to anhydrous iron III chloride, and it first decomposes to the dihydrate, and then hydrolyses to iron oxychlorides. Thus, the iron material obtained here is likely a mixture of the dihydrate, and various iron oxychlorides. Thanks to mspalien for pointing this out.
