*Dash | Plotly | Pillow | Pandas*

Steps to follow 🇨🇩

🈷️Step 1.

Find an appropriate package and language to choose from. In this case I am using python language and pillow package.

🈶Step 2.(Basic Approach)

Create a pandas dataframe that stores a list of locations of images present inside a folder path. Then proceed to create a dropdown using lazy loading of pandas dataframe.

🈯Step 3.(Writing Code for Lazy loading)

How to visualize multiple images at once, for this I am choosing dash framework.

1.The basic idea is to create a dropdown in dash app with pandas dataframe that you get from os.walk package also needs to take care of recursive images if present in a folder while creating function as an input.

2.According to the index number of dataframe as an input from the locations dataframe, use the concept of lazy loading to select a single image at once.

3.After selecting a single image name, dash dropdown loads that image using pillow.

🈵Step 4.(Final Step)

4.After doing all this, if you have reached till the end, you can add any kind of post processing functions to it. For Demo purpose, I have included image resizer using dropdown.

🤘🏽Optional Step

Try to include save option as well to save images after you have resized them using python and dash.

Image dataset has a lot of feature generations available at kaggle to play around with which you can try to integrate smoothly with this dash app and see the final outcome of your own version of dash app.
