The Costco Chicken Sausage (Kirkland Signature Parmesan and Cracked Black Pepper Chicken Sausage) is new at the warehouse and I did a quick review to see if they might be right for you.

The Costco chicken sausages are fully cooked and ready to eat. You get three pounds of sausage per package with each package containing 18 links. The sausage costs about $12 which works out to around $0.70 per link.

The sausage has a nice cracked black pepper flavor profile but the cheese is really strange. I don't understand how Costco managed to make Parmesan cheese into something that is squishy and gooey.

I did NOT like eating these in a bun like a regular sausage as the cheese flavor was too funky. I did have luck using the Kirkland Chicken Sausage as an ingredient in other dishes such as Jambalaya and stir fries.

I did not hate the Kirkland Chicken Sausage but I didn't love it either. I don't believe that I will be buying these again.
