Proximal ½ Anterior Surface of Ulna & Interosseous Membrane

Insertion:
Base of the Distal Phalanges of Fingers #2 to #5

Functions:
1-Flexion of the Fingers #2 to #5 @ MCP and PIP and DIP Joints
2-Flexion of the Hand @ the Wrist Joint

Nerve:
Median (Lateral Half) and Ulnar (Median Half)
