Cozy Urban Street With 8 Townhomes and Apartments For Rent | (no cc) The Sims 4 Speed Build

Speed build of a pretty cute block of apartments and townhouses that I built on a 30x40 lot in San Myshuno, the world from the City Living expansion pack! The build consist of eight separate units of varying sizes, so you can easily live here with a big family as well as a single sim, either in a nice townhouse, a cool loft or a gross basement apartment. I also made a little cafe and a laundromat and there's a cozy courtyard with a bunch of fun activities for you sims. I hope you like this lot, you can download it on my gallery page! :)
