Описание к видео Gorges de Nouailles, Balcony Road D67, Doubs, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, France - by motorcycle

Over a distance of approx. 6.5 km, the D67 road connects the village of Saint-Gorgon-Main in the south-west with the village of Mouthier-Haute-Pierre in the north-east. The actual passage through the gorge runs along its eastern side and is about 4 km long. The gorge was dug into the limestone cliffs of the Plateau de Levier by the River Loue, whose remarkable source is located at the southern end of the gorge, and its numerous tributaries to a depth of around 150 to 350 metres. The road, built or inaugurated in 1845, is very well developed and easy to drive on. There is a tunnel on the route. The gorge is also known as the "Haute vallée de la Loue".

The road is located in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.

This route is one of the so-called "French Balcony Roads".
