Now to the encouragement ;)

Today is interesting. I had to give blood. I hate doing that lol. It’s honestly the worst. I just don’t like needles. The pain is nothing but a pinch but the mental stress I go through (also because I have passed out several times from giving blood) is the worst. It just makes me wonder what else in my life do I make so much worse than it actually is. This morning I was done in 5 minutes. Didn’t pass out, didn’t feel sick. It didn’t hurt and everything is fine! So why am I letting the fear of something ruin my day and mindset? Why am I making things bigger than they actually are? Am I just being dramatic or is this a fear I can process with the Lord and work through? Regardless of those answers I now will do my best to check in with myself because this post isn’t about the giving blood story. It’s about how I let small things become bigger which messes with my mindset, and provides no benefit to me or those around me. Going to be working on that… small issues should stay small and I need to do a better job at not letting my brain run wild for no reason..
