NHL 96 (SNES)

More NHL this week, I'm gonna keep up with double header NHL games while I'm in the retro era just do to how easy it is to record back to back videos. First up is 96 and I was not mentally prepared for that opening with 2 Unlimited. Hard to get more 90s than that. It made a pretty decent conversion to the SNES I have to say.

As for the game itself, it has become increasingly clear that I am bad at SNES hockey. It's even more evident in the next video but wow I cannot score a goal to save my life in these. I know hockey is a low scoring sport but I cant help but feel there has to be some real user error here. Maybe ill figure it out by the time I get to the Genesis games.
