When I was editing this, I realized I was talking so much in this video and had to cut a lot of my conversations with myself out lol. I know there were things i wanted to do in this video but didn't end up doing them, and that's okay! Self care looks different for everyone, so just taking the time to relax and do what you love is what matters!
