A First-Year's Path to Success | Fit for Business at TRSM

As a first-year student at the Ted Rogers School of Management (TRSM), it can be scary coming into a new environment and figuring out how to navigate al the student supports and resources. That's why we have the Fit for Business (FFB) program. FFB is the first-year transition program at the Ted Rogers School designed to empower students with a community and path to achieve academic, career and personal success.

Fit for Business allows students to come into TRSM with a greater sense of knowledge and confidence to access and participate in the right resources and events for success.
