In this video I will share with you my sambousak dough recipe and will show you how to fry it or bake it in the oven.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg all purpose flour (4 cups)
3/4 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoon melted butter
1 and 1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Tips:
After filling the sambousak it could be stored in the freezer.
After mixing the dough , if it is tough and dry add a spoonful of water one at a time until it is smooth.
You can use a stand mixer with paddle attachment to prepare the dough.
