The nested singular structure of 3d Coulomb branches encodes the phase transitions of 3d N=4 gauge theories in the Coulomb regime as well as, in the magnetic quiver program, the phase transitions of higher dimensional theories on the Higgs branch. The Decay and Fission algorithm provides a method to compute the diagram of these phase transitions. In this work, we seek to classify the 3d Coulomb branches with an isolated singularity, corresponding to the simplest phase diagrams. As a preliminary, we use 3d mirror symmetry to deal with theories with an abelian gauge group. The classification includes most of the known isolated symplectic singularities, as well as some new examples.
