As an eco-conscious plant based dietitian here’s how I recommend choosing the best plant milk for you.

1. For protein equivalent to dairy milk, opt for soy milk which naturally has between 7 and 12 grams of protein per cup. 🫘
2. For a creamy milk to froth your matcha latte opt for soy or full fat oat milk. 🍵
3. To make a plant based buttermilk look for a milk that has some protein. 🥛
4. For sensitive bellies choose a plant milk with no emulsifiers. 🚫
5. If you simply want a delicious plant milk for your morning bowl of cereal then opt for any milk you love best! 🥣
6. If you want to swap out dairy milk with plant milk for your baking needs then just about any plant milk should do. 🧁
7. If you want to optimize calcium vitamin D and B12 then look for a plant milk that is fortified with these essential nutrients.✅

Overall, choose the plant milk that best suits your own individual needs and one that you love best. 🌟
