This month, we are exploring what it truly means to remember who you are beneath your roles, your conditioning, and your fluctuating emotional states.

In today’s Mystic Monday, we begin at the deepest layer.

Drawing from yoga philosophy, Buddhism, shamanism, and contemplative interfaith teachings, I share a foundational truth from the ancients:

You are not your mind.
You are not your emotions.
You are the witnessing presence behind them.

We explore emotional alchemy through the lens of sovereignty... not suppressing emotions, not blending with them, but learning how to unblend and return to center.

I guide you through a simple seated meditation practice (including a powerful “movie theater” visualization) to help you step out of identification with thoughts and into the steadiness of your true Self.

Because sovereignty is not controlling the world around you.
It’s no longer being ruled by your fluctuating inner states.

In this teaching, you’ll explore:

~ What yoga means by “You are not your mind”
~ Why disturbed breath distorts perception and how breath restores clarity
~ The difference between blending with emotion and witnessing emotion
~ How triggers often reveal the inner child seeking attention
~ A practical emotional alchemy meditation you can use anytime
~ Why true power begins with presence
