Well, hey, everybody's the Internet's favorite warrior. And that's actually a really common set of language in most type of warranties or insurance policies. It means an act of God. Hurricane, flood, tornado, earthquake, lava. Anything that's just uncontrollable and caused by nature or acts of God. In case you're wondering, they are most certainly almost always never covered. And this is why it is so important to read the exclusionary sections of your warranties because some of them are extremely specific. I remember in the 90s, I looked at a phone warranty program and it included such things such as nuclear war, uprisings, and civil wars. It would be shocked that the amount of things that are not covered. But that being said in the event of a civil war or nuclear war, I don't think I'm that concerned about the warranty on my phone.
