Now that interview season is officially over, a common question I was asked on my interviews was,
"How did you get into Videography"
I feel like I answered that question so much it began to sound rehearsed but it went something like this,
"It all started in 2016 on my first trip to Japan when I brought my Dad's GoPro Hero 3... Since then I've traveled to more places I can count, spending money I don't have on equipment that I probably didn't need. But if if I had the option to do it all over again I would, because the memories last a lifetime"

As many of you know I started this project back in November 2019. I took a small hiatus during interviews but really honed down on it again the last 2 months. Collectively, I've spent at least 200 hours on pure video editing. This doesn't include the hours my friends have to wait for me to get that perfect hyper-lapse or the time it takes to get the sunset time lapses or astro-photography time lapses. Undoubtedly, this feels like my most important project I have put together to date and I am super stoked to be sharing this with you! The last 2 minutes of credits reel was actually a last minute idea to put in some clips of the stupid things my friends and I shared that made us laugh. Ironically, I actually had more fun putting those clips together than I had for the original video. Thank you to all my friends and family who took time to travel the world with me, and for putting up with me shoving a camera in your face half the time. And for those of you who are inspired to create as I have, just know it doesn't matter what camera or gear you have. As long as you have the heart, passion and motivation to create, even an iPhone camera will take you far.
