To make Starbucks iced sugar cookie latte, you’ll need:
• 2 Tbsp sugar cookie syrup🎀
• 2 Shots of espresso
• Ice
• Almond milk
For sugar cookie cold foam:
• 4 Tbsp cream
• 1 Tbsp milk
• 1/2 _ 1 Tbsp sugar cookie syrup
• Sprinkles for topping

✨🤎Here’s the process:
First, prepare 2 shots of espresso with an espresso machine, Aeropress, a Moka pot, french press or your preferred brewing method.
In a glass, pour sugar cookie syrup, add in double shot of espresso and stir well. Add in some ice and almond milk. Then top with sugar cookie cold foam and sprinkles. Stir and enjoy your iced sugar cookie almond milk latte☕✨

🎀 Sugar cookie syrup recipe:
_ Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp almond extract
• 1/2 tsp butter extract (optional)

_ Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, add the sugars and water, and stir.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat to a simmer.
3. Add in the flavorings and extracts, and stir.
4. Let it simmer for 10 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture slightly thickens, stirring very often.
5. Then remove from the heat, let it cool down.
6. Transfer it into a mason jar or an airtight container and store in the fridge for 2 _ 3 weeks.
