Sinderalla is a beginners female dancehall class in heels (heels are optional). Included in this class is Stylish Moves, which is a dancehall style with a touch of class and confidence created by Latonya Style from Jamaica. Participants will learn female dancehall steps and technique and then will apply these steps to slow and sultry choreography. Self-confidence, sexuality, body awareness, and self -expression are the key focal points of this class.
