So how this video actually worked, about 10 days ago when I beat Acu, I placed my hand on my chest to feel my heartbeat and gauge how fast it was beating. I then used an online heart rate monitor to check the actual BPM at that moment. To ensure the most accurate results, I tested my heart rate during various activities—like running, heavy breathing, and resting—while editing. After each test, I adjusted the monitor to match the BPM I felt in real-time. Finally, I fine-tuned the BPM in the video to match the sensations I experienced at each point of the level, leading up to the final heart rate.
