Instant pot कोबीची भाजी/Maharashtrian Cabbage sabji in instant pot/Quick cabbage sabji in an Instant Pot. Who would have thought this sabji is so quick and easy in our instant pot? No babysitting required, Just check it out 🙂

Ingredients:

1. Cabbage: 500gm
2. Oil: 2-3 Tbsp
3. Mustard seeds: 2 Tsp
4. Asafoetida: A big pinch
5. Turmeric powder: 2 Tsp
6. Cummin coriander powder: ½ Tsp
7. Soaked chana dal: 2 Tbsp
8. Green chillies: 3
9. Curry leaves: 7-8
10. Water: ½ Cup

Method:

1. Put instant pot on saute (high) mode. wait till the display turns Hot
2. Put oil and wait for couple of minutes.
3. Add mustard seeds and wait till they splutter.
4. Add curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder and asafoetida one by one.
5. Add chopped cabbage.
6. Give a quick stir.
7. Add water and stir.
8. Add soaked chana dal.
9. Add salt to taste and stir.
10. Put the lid and on whistle on sealing position.
11. Put instant pot on Manual/ Pressure cook mode (Normal or high) on 6 minutes.
12. After 6 minutes are over, wait for 3-4 minutes and release the pressure.
13. Stir and serve hot with roti, chapati or paratha.
