a short video showing how to light the pilot in the pool heater.

turn gas on (blue nob)
open door with screwdriver.
put mirror down so you can see where flame goes.
turn gas nob to "pilot"
press nob and hold down for a few seconds. While holding nob down press red button.
might have to press red button a couple of times.
continue holding pilot nob down for 10 seconds and visually confirm that flame is still lit when you let go of nob.

as long as flame stays on - turn pilot nob to "on"

confirm again that you still see flame.

close door.

turn pool filter on, make sure pressure is low and everything is running well.
once all looks good turn heater switch to on.
