Engine cranks but no start Javelin Evinrude 150hp

90's Javelin Bass boat with an Evinrude 150hp that will crank. Did a compression test and it has no fire. Upon further diagnosis the Stator is not producing any voltage. Has other issues but first we have to get the flywheel off.
