True Green Roofing Solutions takes great pride

This video is our response to the
negative review published by YELP.

Metal Roofing has many
options & styles!

In July of 2016 we were contracted to
provide New Metal Roofing for a single
family home in Reno, NV.

Due to extensive manufacturer delays and a non stock color choice,

The roofing materials took several months to produce.

Once the materials were available the installation contractor
did not want the materials delivered to the home because of the
early and severe winter weather conditions which delayed
this customer and many other customers’ installations
and pushed back the completion date.

When a window of weather opportunity presented
itself and prudence and safety were no longer
compromised, the contractor then proceed to
install their metal roof.

The roofing was installed to the
highest of manufacturer standards.

The negative review posted on yelp was NOT posted by
our contracted client and when we challenged this YELP
stated we had too many good reviews so they would let
review this stay.

Our single negative complaint posted in the
YELP reviews is UNFOUNDED and
UNTRUE.

True Green Roofing Solutions has many reviews on
yelp that YELP refuses to highlight in our star ranking
because our clients are not “typical” - meaning they
don’t post reviews regularly.

In our opinion, and the opinion of many other businesses,
this is an unfair discriminatory practice.

True Green Roofing Solutions is the metal roof authority in
Northern Nevada and the Tahoe basin.

True Green Roofing will continue to provide exemplary
