LABORTECH s.r.o. proudly introduces its new electromechanical testing device for testing vehicle axle jacks under the name AXLE JACK TEST BENCH - LABORTECH - LABTEST 6.100.9 - AXLE-J. This robust device is designed for demanding off-axis load simulations up to a force of 100 kN and offers unique technological solutions in the field of durability and reliability testing of automotive components.

The device enables load simulation in the Z direction thanks to a sophisticated system that operates in both force and positional control modes. Movements in the X and Y directions are ensured by powerful AC servomotors that accurately simulate real-world conditions. Precise measurements during off-axis loading are achieved using three force transducers positioned at 120° intervals, calibrated according to ČSN EN ISO 7500-1. The system is equipped with a controlled drive shaft with torque measurement, allowing for the simulation of axle jack drive operation during tests. Safety is ensured by a protective cover that complies with the requirements of directives 2006/42/EC and EN ISO 14120:2017, guaranteeing maximum operational safety.
