Perfect Replacement
It's not their fault for how poorly the assembly is designed so that the mirror has to be shattered and removed to get to the screw in the center. But if you are replacing it, chances are the glass is already broken so not that big a deal. You just need to make sure you have that screw tightened to the right stiffness before sticking the new mirror in place because there is no way to adjust it once you do.
