Materials needed are 500 Denier Cordura Fabric, 3 pieces of 1 inch wide webbing that are 3 inches long, about 18 inches of bungee cord, and some MALICE clips or WTFix.

Seams are 1/2 inch wide. You should be able to get through this on most home sewing machines.

Edit: 28 July 2016 - a viewer asked the needle and thread specs. A size 18 universal point needle and size 69 bonded nylon thread is the optimal combination for this project.
