Only 5 ingredient, delicious Condensed Milk Cookies. They are a little bit crunchy outside, soft and chewy inside, have very delicate texture and not too sweet at the same time. It’s incredibly quick and easy to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
300g/ 2 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
200g butter, room temperature
160g/ ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
icing sugar to dust (optional)

Ice Cream Scoop: 4.7 cm

Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 15 min. Cool and dust with icing sugar (optional).
