Welcome to the Ultimate Mead Maker challenge! This is something I am going to once a year to figure out who the ultimate mead maker of the year is. I would say this title is more coveted than mead maker of the year.

I compiled 16 contestants from my Discord to enter this challenge. They are going to compete in 4 challenges with eliminations at the end of each one. We are challenging their mead making skills in all facets! Round 1 is a simple quiz and round 2 is a honey sampling test. In rounds 3 and 4 they will be making mead, so get excited!

If you want to be involved in the 2024 Ultimate Mead Maker challenge I will be running it a little different. In order to be eligible to enter the challenges you will need to submit a mead to me. I will assemble a panel of people to taste through all the meads. The top 16 scoring meads will become the people who embark on the 4 challenges for 2024. All meads will need to be send to me by December 23rd, 2023. Information for all of this is found on the registration page.
