Nick Bayer

Founded in 2005, Nick Bayer’s Philadelphia-based Saxbys has grown from one corner cafe to a 30-unit business. In 2015, Bayer partnered with Drexel University and introduced Saxbys’ Experiential Learning Program (ELP) - the nation’s first student-run cafe allowing students to earn full academic credit and wages through a university cooperative education program. In three years, one ELP cafe has expanded to eight, with several more planned to open in the near future.
In 2017, Nick was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, as well as EY’s “Social Entrepreneur of the Year.” He resides in Center City Philadelphia with his wife and son.

At The Wall Street Journal, Kaitlyn David assisted in the launch of their luxury publication, WSJ. At Scripps Networks Interactive she planned, managed and executed HGTV’s Home Giveaways and contributed to the growth of GMC, DISH, HomeGoods, Quicken Loans, and other lifestyle brands. Kaitlyn entered Philadelphia Magazine as the marketing director and is currently the Director of Integrated Campaign strategy, focusing on large scale cross-platform programs including Delaware Valley Honda Dealers, INFINITI, and Independence Blue Cross.
In 2013, Kaitlyn moved to Philadelphia to start a family and be closer to her hometown.

Lindsey Schuster’s journey began when she started a blog called Sisters to Sons, which she later renamed to her current The Motherchic, focused on fashion for moms. Lindsey is a former elementary school teacher and the second oldest daughter of five girls. She resides in Philadelphia and is raising four little boys with her husband (her high school sweetheart).

While the VP of Content & Production at QVC, Scott was a key leader of their transformation from a “TV shopping channel” to the global leader in video commerce and an $8 billion brand. He also led content marketing strategy and production for QVC in addition to hundreds of the world’s top beauty, fashion, home, and wellness brands. Scott also served as the Managing Director for QVC Germany and as the Executive Director of Back on My Feet, a national, award-winning non-profit organization founded and headquartered in Philadelphia.

Stacey Grant founded Koi-Fly Creative, a production firm, in 2016. Since then, she’s cultivated a team of Directors of Photography, Producers, Editors, and Marketers to give her clients the opportunity to tell their brand story through the power of strategy and video.
Pre Koi-Fly Creative, Stacey worked in the ad agency world and founded a digital media company, Grant Consulting, where she launched and managed successful business marketing and social media campaigns. Prior to that, she was a proven sales leader in Biotech, Pharmaceutical and Commercial Printing Sales for various fortune 500 companies.
Stacey has a certification in Applied Positive Psychology. She has been awarded the NAPW Outstanding Excellence and Dedication to Her Profession and Achievement of Women, as well as the Family Lives On Mary Murphy Award, and Philadelphia Business Journal’s Women on the Move.
