To earn this trophy, you need to beat the Twin Wardens, Caroline and Justine. The duo put up an exceptionally tough and long fight against you on all difficulties, and on the hardest difficulty the fight could last anywhere from 40-70 mins.
The first thing I would suggest regardless of difficulty is to fuse Yoshitsune of the Tower Arcana. In order to fuse this persona you’ll need to get to rank 5 in the Strength Arcana. To fuse this persona you’ll need:
1) Shiki-Ouji (level 21/Chariot Arcana)
2) Arahabaki (level 35/Hermit Arcana)
3) Okuninushi (level 44/Emperor Arcana)
4) Yatagarasu (level 57/ Sun Arcana)
5) Futsunushi (Level 76/Magician Arcana)

Yoshitsune is an excellent choice for this battle as it can repel, and resist man types of damage in its base form.
In order to even fight the twins, you’ll need to be in NG+. The earliest you can fight them is right after the first time you go to explore the depth of Mementos on 5/18. From then on, you can enter Mementos and fight the twins by talking with Justine who will be to the left. Keep in mind the last day to fight the twins is on 12/22.
As mentioned before regardless of the difficulty, the fight is pretty tough and takes a long time to finish. My advice would be to lower the difficulty to make it less of a grind. Also unlike other battles where you can revive unlimited times on Safety difficulty, you cannot do that in this fight. This is a fair fight with no cheating allowed.
I came back to the fight when my entire party was 90+ in level on the hardest difficulty and beat the twins in one of the most grueling fights ever. It was really long and I don’t really recommend it.
Also it doesn’t matter what your party setup is. The twins can target all types of weaknesses. So the best advice is to rank up all you party members confidant ranks to max, so their personas evolve to their final form. This allows them to learn passive abilities that evade and nullify their weaknesses making it easier.
All you want to do is to use your teammates to buff your team and debuff the twins. Using Yoshitsune, just use Charge and Hassou Tobi till you beat the twins. Make sure to heal and revive your team members accordingly.
If you’d like to fight them as early as the fight is available after 5/18, I suggest fighting Reapers to level up quickly. If you lower your difficulty to Safety, you can revive unlimited times during battles. Use this to your advantage to beat Reapers to level up. You can’t do this on the hardest difficulty, so you’ll have to level up by going through the story, and use the Flu season to beat Reapers easily and level up quickly around November.

For an even easier time, you could transfer very powerful passive abilities to Yohitsune using the Gallows Execution. Make sure to save and reload in case the move you wanted did not get transferred.
The abilities Yoshitsune should have for this fight are:
• Hassou Tobi
• Charge
• Drain Fire or Repel Fire
• Drain Ice or Repel Ice
• Drain Wind or Repel Wind
• Drain Psy or Repel Psy
• Drain Nuke or Repel Nuke
• Drain Curse or Repel Curse
• Drain Physical or Repel Physical
Charge and Hassou Tobi are a must for this fight, so the other 6 skills are left up to your choice.
Both the Twins have 8000 Hp, no weaknesses or resistances, and as a duo can pretty much target all weaknesses.
Caroline can use attacks that do Physical, Fire, Electric, Psy, and Bless damage. Justine does Gun, Ice, Wind, Nuke, and Curse damage.
You need to be very careful during this fight as if you just defend and setup and don’t do enough damage for 6 or more turns they will do an all-out attack and instantly beat you. There are different phases to the fight, and the transition to the next phase is signified by them talking to you for a few seconds. When their health gets below half, they will heal each other to max health once during the entire fight. Lastly you will have to finish both the twins off within the same turn, or they will use Recarm to revive each other.
Phase 1 – Gun and Physical attacks
Phase 2 – Fire, Wind, Electric, and Ice
Phase 3 – Psy, Nuke, Bless, and Curse
Phase 4 – the first 3 phases in order, repeating over and over
Phase 5 – Strongest attack variant for each damage type will be used for this phase. Try to beat them before this happens. Almost impossible to skip on the hardest difficulty.
Also the twins can use Dekunda and Dekaja anytime during the battle after a Baton Pass to nullify stat buffs for your team, and nullify stat debuffs for themselves. They’re just pure evil at that point.
Once you beat them, the trophy should unlock
