PEDONG to GANGTOK, SIKKIM | Nathula plan cancelled.

Weekend scramble to gangtok, sikkim from pedong.
Wanted to visit nathula pass but got to know that its been closed for a while now because of some problems.
Did a round about around gangtok via country roads. waterfalls, bridges, scenic views, monstery and lot of twisties.

NOTE :
Many rules have been changed related to permits.
To head to nice places around gangtok, you need to get permit done from government.
Got to know that its hard to get permit for same day so you have to plan one day before for this. There are two ways one is via travel agency and other is self not sure if this works, but travel agency takes about 800-1000/- per bike and per person as they will be helping you out for all the process and will be supporting to help you in your visit if something happens to you. Self way you have to submit documents in day1 morning by 10 or so and go back at 4PM to get the documents, get it verified on day2 morning by police, they shall verify based on weather and other situations and then you will have permit to enter.
Second saturday's and sunday's are holidays so do plan accordingly.
