i'm sorry if this took so long just for an 15 minute video, first.. my gacha club got restarted, and my motivation go brrrrrrr then i got little sick, and then..... my Kinemaster won't let me export the video ;-; so i tried my best to found how to export it and tadaa~ hahah..

Now about the AU Changes

first we go to Eijirou Kirishima Personality, He is a bully back then in middle school, and he got a lot of "friends" he thought.. but their betrayed him and ruined his population, he's don't have any friends anymore.. then when he's going to High School, he dyed his hair (from white to blue) to forget the past and tried to change to be better, but he has truth issues to be friend with anyone again, he scared.. that why he always fails to change. Eijirou admires All Might, he want to be like him, but seeing Izuku is behaved disrespectfully towards All Might makes him hate Izuku.
now we will talked about Eijirou's quirk, he can make him self to be soft like like flour dough/jelly or melting like water (Credit to @Nevaeh Engstrom for the idea)

Second we're going to talking about Izuku quirk, As you know in eps 1 Izuku doesn't have a quirk, yes that right but he have quirk before. fyi.. in this AU Izuku father is AFO but cuz it's the inverted version, AFO has One For All quirk and All Might has All For One so.. maybe we will named AFO as Hasashi Midoriya, just like the father of Original Izuku. so Izuku born as Quirkless yes.. but his father give his quirk to Izuku when he's going to middle school to be his successor (don't ask me how the transferred, ofc not the "eat this" xD) so Izuku got the One For All Quirk, and he got trained by his father AKA Hisashi. AND there is a little accident when Izuku meet All Might, (no Izuku not really admires All Might even other villain and heroes, he don't care about them) how they meet is because All Might is searching for him, he knows that Izuku is Hisashi son so he search him for STEAL his quirk, And then he got Izuku Quirk( after fighting each other) All Might and run away leaving Izuku. Hisashi found out that his quirk was stolen by his own enemy, he told Izuku to entering UA cuz All Might is there. Izuku is talented Because Izuku has been trained by his father, so he can be accepted by UA even he doesn't have a quirk. no one knows about Izuku being Hisashi son except Katsuki.

Three, What is Inverted BNHA World in my AU?
UA is a school that enforces the law in their own way, so they can be called a vigilantes.
"if UA is Vigilates school why did it named 'UA' " (UA is stand for 'yuuei', And the word 'hero' is eiyuu, search it on google for more information)
For that Question, They consider themselves to be heroes for the people, and people consider them as heroes too. People don't trust the real Heroes anymore.

"What About LOV? isn't it should be LOH instead?" many people ask me this.
so no.. the LOV is still an League Of Villains and Hisashi is still the leader of them, so what the difference? they're not so powerfull and their personality is different, but UA And LOV is an enemy, they compete to gain the public's trust and can rule Japan or even the world.
