★ Q: Does chat audio come out from both earphones?
☆ A: When "All audio" is selected, yes. If "Chat Audio" is selected, you will only hear the chat on the left earphone.

★ Q: Does the AudioShield (Noise-Cancelling Box) have to be powered on to use this headset?
☆ A: It only has to be turned on if you want the noise-cancelling feature to be active and to adjust volume via the in-line controls; everything else such as the microphone will still work regardless if it's powered on.
