He says, "Without stealth and wraparound technologies—electronic warfare, space, cyber—air dominance cannot be achieved. Ukraine’s use of drones, AI, 3D printing, and advanced command systems demonstrates how lethal frontiers can compensate for limited piloted air power. Shukla stresses that India must invest in drones, unmanned systems, upgraded air defence, and combined arms warfare integrating AI and robotics. While piloted platforms remain essential, air power today has many facets. Supercharging transformation through IBGs, technology systems, and lethal capabilities is urgent, as these changes are happening now and redefine the character of modern combat."
