⚓How to build the model ship "San Felipe" n° 35 || building fife rails (nail banks) & belaying pins.

The beams and boards were cut to size with a jigsaw. Afterwards, each piece was filed properly individually and the length of each part was measured and, if necessary, levelled.
Holes were drilled (first with a 1 mm drill diameter, then with 1.5 mm, to prevent the boards from splitting) and the nail banks were assembled. They were then glued to the deck with contact glue. When everything was dry, the weathered look was given.
