The SAFire Roaster weighs only 3.5 kg and can be easily carried. The SAFire is a high quality charcoal grill and is made of high quality stainless steel. There is a non-stick coated lighteight reversible aluminium cooking griddle, a hotplate.

The stand and lid handle are made from nylon/ fibreglass for strength, stability and durability.
