How did you hear about the Air Force!?

What if a Gatorade bottle could bring someone back through your doors?

I just dropped a behind-the-scenes video showing one of the fun, out-of-pocket ways we do recruiting—using something as simple as a Gatorade bottle to create connection.

We put a QR code on each one that links straight to our Google Maps listing and contact info. Then we tell them: “Bring this bottle back and get a swag bag.”

It’s a creative way to:
• Boost Google search visibility
• Drive in-person foot traffic
• Build genuine follow-up conversations

I’m doing this to keep it transparent—I truly believe the more people understand how we operate, the less nerve-wracking it is to join the Air Force.
This idea was inspired by an anonymous post asking for creative outreach methods. We used our monthly out-of-pocket recruiter funds to make it happen—supporting the community while having fun with it.
