The term “neurodivergent” has a mixed reception. Some people resent the implication behind the word. While others have found home and community through it.

I share why I dislike the term neurodivergent (not the concept!) AND the reasons why I continue to use it despite my disdain.

I also explain what idea I orient towards more than the original definition of the term "neurodivergent".
