I hope you all had a good start to the new year! I've been back in Lithuania and starting my final semester of studies. Life is quite difficult for many of us during this time, and even made harder by testing positive for COVID, then dealing with post-COVID recovery time. If it's not the illness, it's the restrictions imposed. Many of us are forced to make decisions that we would rather not make.

During these global/historical events, we need to take care of our mental health. Mindfulness exercises are a really good way to return to the present. For me spending time in wild nature, breathing, listening, observing is the best way to re-connect with life, with the reality of my human experience. It was so special to spend this month in Ivalo, that I didn't want to leave. I even feel like I am still there.
