Lie your baby on their tummy on a soft flat surface. Let their arms find their natural position. Turn their head to the restricted side and hold with one hand. The other hand can rest on their bottom to prevent movement. Your baby will not tolerate this for long, so little and often usually works well. This exercise will help to improve rotation in the neck, especially useful in cases of torticollis.
